2022 Chevrolet Silverado HD Exterior

What's New for the 2022 Chevy Silverado HD?

The Chevy Silverado gets a number of improvements for 2022 inside and out. Changes start at first glance with the Silverado HD, which you can now order in a bold new paint shade called Greenstone Metallic. For the first time, the Silverado HD has a versatile multi-function tailgate to facilitate your day at work. The Silverado HD comes in three cab configurations, and it has class-leading towing power no matter which model you get. Along with the updates that benefit both models, the 2500 has an update to its Custom trim, which now has a power-adjustable driver's seat.

2022 Silverado HD Trims and Features

Except for some minor variations, the trim lineup for the 2022 2500 HD and 3500 HD is primarily the same. The base model is the same on both, which is a trim called the Work Truck. The Work Truck comes in three cab designs like the other trim levels. The Work Truck gets comfortable vinyl seating, swapped out for cloth upholstery with the Custom trim on the 2500 and above. The Work Truck also has Bluetooth and air conditioning. The exterior features steel wheels and black accents. The Custom trim level follows with cloth seats and remote start with the 2500 HD. The LT trim is next in the 2500 and 3500. The LT has WiFi and satellite radio, along with a slightly larger touchscreen. The LTZ is next for the 2500 and the 3500. The LTZ gets more trailering technology and LED headlights. A high-definition touchscreen is standard, and you will get wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Heated and power-operated front seats are standard as well. The High Country has more chrome detailing along with chrome assist steps. It also has ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, and a Bose audio system.
