Chevrolet remains one of the industry's top automakers because of its commitment to quality and reliability with the models it produces each year. The automaker wants to provide its customers with peace of mind and stands behind the quality of its vehicles. This is why they offer different types of warranties on their models to ensure the vehicles continue to operate well.

Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty

Chevrolet's Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty is provided with each new Chevrolet model up to three years or 36,000 miles, depending on which one comes first. All repairs that are eligible under warranty don't require paying a deductible when they're scheduled.

Powertrain Limited Warranty

This warranty is provided on new models and includes powertrain coverage for up to 60,000 miles or five years. The Limited Warranty Owner Assistance Information provides additional details about the coverage and what it includes.

Emission Control System Limited Warranty

The Emission Control System Limited Warranty is provided for Chevrolet cars and light-duty truck emission control systems for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles. Some specified major components that are defective or have poor workmanship are covered up to eight years or 80,000 miles starting on the purchase date.

Electric and Hybrid Warranty

Chevrolet sells a few electric and hybrid models, which come with a warranty to cover the repairs of specific components that are defective. The Electric and Hybrid Warranty offers coverage up to 100,000 miles or eight years. It becomes active on the in-service date. Drivers can use the Warranty and Owner Assistance information book to check out more details and specifications.

Chevrolet Optional Extended Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the first 5 years or 60,000 miles for and may be selected only at the time of new vehicle purchases. It doesn't require car owners to pay a deductible when repairs are needed if they're eligible under warranty. It also includes coverage for any defective parts or poor workmanship on the vehicle.

Vandergriff Chevrolet also offers many MPP plans that provide additional protection, including GAP, lease wear coverage, service contracts, and extended warranties for older models.
