        BMW Comfort with Honda Reliability

by CNY Uber Driver on 7/30/2026 12:34:31 AM

Most people would say chill bro its just a Honda Accord, but in all honesty the review title speaks for itself. I have owned my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L since it was brand new with only 4 miles, I'm an Uber driver and I constantly get complements on how spacious, comfortable, quite, and good looking this vehicle is. While it's just a sedan it has plenty of room in the front and back seats to easily fit 5 passengers total, even those with car seats have been amazed. The trunk space is HUGE and the additional storage under the platform comes in handy if you want to store cleaning supplies or an emergency kit underneath it. I will say I wish it had a spare tire though, especially if you have the Sport version with low profile tires, not having a spare can leave you stranded and waiting for a tow truck. The vehicle is also nearly silent, it glides along the road and you feel nearly no transfer from the bumpy road conditions to the cabin. When something goes wrong with the vehicle (such as a bad bearing) you hear it almost immediately and know it's time to have the vehicle looked at. As for the vehicles fuel economy I've noticed an average around 45 MPG combined, and during the winter those numbers may drop to about 40 MPG, but still that's pretty impressive for a mid size sedan. I have hardly had any issues with the vehicle since I bought it, I had to replace one fog light (hit a snow bank) and the rear driver-side bearing, but nothing major like with the engine, transmission, drive axles, or even the hybrid drivetrain. Tomorrow I plan on trading the vehicle in, but I wanted everyone to know just how great this Honda Accord has been for me since the day I purchased it 4.5 years and 161,549 miles ago.…

        smooth as silk

by Rachel on 11/6/2025 5:04:12 PM

I was SO hesitant about buying a hybrid but now, it feels amazing to drive. Consider the fact that you are eliminating all the mechanical noise because there isn't a "normal" transmission. It's SOOOO quiet. Yes, a little planning involved with saving for a replacement core for the battery but hey, I believe it's a perfect trade vs a transmission! :D I researched through CR.org the best model of the Accord and the best choices were 2017 or 2020. The 2017 model didn't have any of the display electronics revised compared to the 2015 Honda's (no volume knob, which drove me crazy not having one). Ultimately I chose the 2020 and am very happy with it. MPG has started at 37 when I bought the car and I have gotten it up to 38 and plan to go hopefully to 40 using the EV as often as possible.…
